By using CleanCloud's integration with Xero, you can:
Sync your daily revenue data into Xero.
Send your business invoices directly to Xero.
Automatically update invoices in CleanCloud when marked as paid in Xero.
Activating Xero Integration
Access Xero Integration Settings: Go to Settings > Admin > Payments & Finances > Payments > Accounting Integration.
Connecting to Xero: Click the 'Connect to Xero' button to initiate the connection.
Mapping Accounts: Once connected, a 'Map Accounts' box will appear. This feature enables you to align accounts and sales codes from Xero to CleanCloud.
Invoice Preferences: After completing the connection, toggle on the 'Show Send Invoice to Xero' and 'Auto Update Invoice as Paid in CleanCloud' options if required.
Pro tip: You can separate bank accounts to be linked for Cash, Card, and Check transactions.
