Xero is a widely used cloud-based accounting platform that helps businesses manage finances efficiently.

Capabilities with CleanCloud's Xero Integration

With CleanCloud’s Xero integration, you can:

  • Sync your daily revenue data into Xero.

  • Send business invoices directly to Xero.

  • Automatically update invoices in CleanCloud when marked as paid in Xero.


Activating Xero Integration

  1. Access Xero Integration Settings: Navigate to Settings → Admin → Payments & Finances → Payments → Accounting Integration.

  2. Connecting to Xero: Click the "Connect to Xero" button to initiate the connection.

  3. Mapping Accounts: Once connected, a "Map Accounts" box will appear. This allows you to align Xero accounts and sales codes with CleanCloud.

  4. Invoice Preferences: Enable "Show Send Invoice to Xero" and "Auto Update Invoice as Paid in CleanCloud" if needed.

🪄 Tip: You can link different bank accounts for Cash, Card, and Check transactions separately.
