Our Cash Payment Discount feature allows you to automatically apply a predefined percentage discount to orders when customers choose to pay in cash via the POS system.
To activate this feature, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to Settings > Admin > Payments & Finances > Payments > Cash Discount (%).
In the provided field, specify the percentage by which you want to discount orders when paid with cash.
Once configured, this discount percentage will automatically apply to orders when you select 'Cash' as the payment method in the POS.
👉 If your store's default payment method is 'Cash', discounts are automatically applied to orders.
Note: This feature does not apply to Invoices.
