Change or Reset Your CleanCloud Password
If you or your staff need to change or reset a password to log in to CleanCloud, follow these simple steps:
Log out of CleanCloud.
Visit CleanCloud Login Page and click 'Forgot Password?' below the login button.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
You will receive a password reset link via email. Click the link and follow the steps to reset your password.
Log in again at CleanCloud Login Page using your updated credentials.
✅ That’s it! Your password has been successfully updated.
Resetting Driver App Password
If your drivers only have access to the Driver App, they can still reset their password using the same CleanCloud Login Page. Even though some drivers don’t have access to the POS, they must click 'Forgot Password?' and update their password through the link.
Unlocking Account
If you've been locked out after multiple failed attempts, please contact us for assistance in unlocking your account. Provide the following details:
Store ID
Store Name
Email Address
Use a forced logout by clicking this link, and our team will help unlock your account.
