Merge Customers

If you encounter duplicate customer entries, the merge feature simplifies your records. Admin users can seamlessly deactivate one account and consolidate all associated orders into a master customer profile.

How to Merge Customers

  1. Log in as an Admin.

  2. Go to Settings > Admin > Admin Tools.

  3. Click 'Merge Customers'.

  4. In the pop-up, choose the customer to disable ('Disable This Customer') and select the master account for order consolidation ('Move Their Orders to This Customer').

  5. Click 'Submit'.

Limitation: You cannot merge an account created online by the customer; it's considered their master account. When merging, disable the POS-created account and select the online-created master account to transfer orders. If both accounts were created online by the customer, merging is not possible.
