Performing an audit of your storage rack helps verify that all orders listed on the Ready page in CleanCloud are physically present in your store. This ensures no orders are missing and provides visibility into the total value of missing items.
📌 Note: A barcode scanner is required to complete this audit.
How to Run an Audit
Access the Ready Page
Navigate to the Ready page in your CleanCloud account.
Start the Audit
Click on Reports in the top menu.
Select Run Audit from the dropdown menu.
Scan Orders
Using a barcode scanner, scan the barcodes of all ready orders in the store.
When an order is scanned successfully, a ✅ tick mark will appear next to it in CleanCloud.
Complete the Audit
After scanning all available orders, click Finish Audit at the bottom of the page.
The audit report will be generated automatically.
Audit Report Overview
After completing the audit, you will see a report detailing:
Number of missing orders
Total value of missing orders
IDs of missing orders
This allows you to quickly identify discrepancies and take necessary actions.
Viewing Previous Audits
To review past audits:
Go to the Ready page.
Click Reports.
Select View Audits to access a list of completed audits.
This helps track historical audits and ensure better inventory management.
