Change Cleaned Date of an Order

As Admin, you have the ability to change the Cleaned Date of an Order. This will be particularly useful for if you have a repeating monthly invoices setup, where you would like to adjust an order to include it in the cut off for a specific months invoice.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings > Admin > Admin Tools.

  2. Click on the option named 'Change Order Dates'.

  3. Input the order ID.

  4. Make sure you select the 'change' type as 'Order Cleaned Date'.

  5. Establish the new Cleaned date.
