Adding a Custom Product to an Order
You can add a custom product to the system from any section. This can be helpful if you have special items that you don't need to keep track of in the product list—but still need to add them to an order.
To add a custom product to the system, follow these steps:
1. Go to the New Order page, and select the "Item" icon:
2. Once you click on the "Item" icon, a pop-up window will appear. In this window, you will need to enter the following information:
Name | Quantity | Price | Pieces | Section |
3. Press "Submit". This will add the item to the system.
Note: We suggest using this feature in limited cases, such as emergencies or for occasional missing products. If you require this feature more frequently, adding the product to your product list will help make sure its usage is tracked in the reports.
