Detailing Page

Your CleanCloud account gives you the option to include a Detailing page. On this page, you can view and confirm the details of each order.

In your CleanCloud account, you have the ability to add an additional page between the “New Order” and “Cleaning” pages where you can detail/confirm orders.

You can have this page set up so all your orders go through, or specifically quick drop orders.

Activating the Detailing Page

  1. Ensure you are logged into your CleanCloud account, then go to Settings > Admin > Workflow > Detailing Page.

  2. Establish the following:

    • To enable the detailing page on your POS, make sure you have the “Active” toggle enabled.

    • State whether you would like all new orders to go onto this detailing page, or if you would just like quick drop orders to go there. There is also a separate setting for if you would like Pickup and Delivery orders to go through this page or not.

    • If you would like orders from specific sections to go through, you can also establish this.

  3. Decide whether you would like to use our lot-based system or not. If you would like to learn more about the lot-based system, then please consult this article.

👉 If you only want Pickup and Delivery orders to go through to the detailing page, make sure you select:

  • POS Orders to Send To Detailing Page: Only Quick Drop Orders ✅

  • Send Pickup & Delivery Orders To Detailing: Toggle ON ✅


Once you have configured the above, your order flow with the detailing page will look a little like the below depending on your setup:
