With the CleanCloud POS App for iPad and Android, you can use the POS system and monitor your orders on the go. Simply search for CleanCloud Point of Sale (POS) in the App Store or Google Play Store.

The iPad should primarily be used as an operational device for managing orders. It is not recommended as your sole front counter setup, where accessories such as printers and scanners are needed. For comprehensive business use, we recommend a Windows-based device.
Limitations When Using iPad
While Android tablets and iPads offer flexibility, there are a few factors to keep in mind:
Screen size: The standard iPad screen may feel small for some users, while larger models represent a bigger investment
Printer support: A limited number of printers are compatible with iPad. For this reason, CleanCloud does not officially recommend using one
Remote support: CleanCloud staff currently cannot connect to iPads via TeamViewer for remote assistance or printer setup
Weight scales: Weight scales are not supported on iPad
Feature availability: Not all CleanCloud features are accessible on iPad due to hardware limitations, including reporting and integrations with barcode scanners or scales. Please check with your Sales agent before purchasing any hardware

If you choose to use an iPad, please note that this setup is not officially recommended or supported by CleanCloud. The following hardware has been used by some customers, but any issues that arise are your responsibility to resolve:
