When using Uber for pickup and delivery, charges apply to both the pickup and delivery legs of the journey. These fees vary depending on the distance between your store and the customer’s address and your store’s province.
Uber calculates delivery distances using predicted driving routes. All fees are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes.
General Fee Structure
Uber in Canada covers deliveries up to 25 km from your store address. The tables below show the current fees by region. All amounts are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Ontario and British Columbia

*Important:
Sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are applied on top of the base fee. Tax rates vary by province, typically ranging from 5% to 15%.
Example:
Ontario = 13% HST,British Columbia = 12% (5% GST + 7% PST).

Journey Credits
Ensure you have enough journey credits to cover the Uber fees. If your credits drop below $100, customers will no longer be able to book new Uber orders.
After the trial period, you can purchase journey credits in bundles ranging from $200 to $2,500 via Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Uber → Buy Journey Credits. To avoid running out of credits, enable the ‘Auto Top-Up when below 300 credits’ option.
