In CleanCloud, you can manage and monitor invoices and revenue by exporting data, setting billing preferences, and using built-in tools to review performance. These features help you streamline financial tracking and keep your business running smoothly.
Exporting invoice revenue data
To review the revenue generated from invoices:
Go to Settings → Metrics → Data export.
In Export type, select Invoices.
Set the time frame for the data you want to extract.
This export lets you review invoice revenue for a specific period.

Setting up billing preferences
CleanCloud offers flexible billing options, so you can choose how and when to invoice customers.
Individual customer invoices | Generate and send invoices for single customers. Ideal if you bill after service instead of at the point of sale.
