Monitoring payments and transactions is essential to managing your business effectively. You can easily view all transactions directly through your POS system, no need to log into a separate portal.
How to Search Transactions
Go to Settings → Search tool → [Laundry Card Name] Transactions.
Enter the date range or specific order ID for the transactions you want to view.
You will be able to see details like:
Customer information
Order Amount
Order Reference
Transaction ID
Type
Time
This feature gives you full transparency over your payments and makes it easy to track any discrepancies.
