CleanCloud offers a convenient solution for topping up Laundry Cards directly at the front desk using the POS. This feature simplifies the process for customers who may find the kiosks challenging to use and reduces dependency on Laundry Card kiosks, especially in the event of malfunctions.
📌 Note: This feature is currently compatible with LaundryCard, FasCard, and Laundroworks, and it is exclusively available in the US.
Getting Started
Getting started is as simple as it can get. All you need to do is follow these two easy steps:
Step 1: Creating The Laundry Card Product
Firstly, we need to add the LaundryCard to the New Order Page. This will eliminate the need for store attendants to move from their normal workflow to initiate a top-up.
Go to Settings → Products and select 'Add Product'.
On the new page, choose the Product Type as 'LaundryCard/FasCard/Laundroworks Add Value'.
You will need to fill in the required fields, including the product name and the section where you want it to appear.
Step 2: Topping Up the Laundry Card
In the New Order page, select the customer you want to top up the credit for.
Locate the TopUp product, this is the one you have created in the previous step.
When you click on the Product Button, you’ll be prompted to ‘Add Value to Card’. Here, you’ll need to input the top-up amount and your card ID. You also have the option to check a box that says ‘Save to Customer Account’.

Laundroworks requires customers to tap their card on the Laundroworks reader after submitting their order.
