Step 1 - Gather the Required Information
Before beginning the setup, you’ll need to provide specific business details in English. Ensure you have the following information ready:

Plot Identification

✅ Tax and Registration Details
CRN (Commercial Registration Number)
VAT Number
VAT Company Name
Branch Name
Step 2 - Confirm Your Ability to Create a One-Time Password (OTP)
To integrate with ZATCA’s FATOORA system, you must confirm that you can generate a One-Time Password (OTP).
We have a separate guide explaining how to create an OTP. Before proceeding, test your ability to generate one. If you experience any issues, please contact FATOORA support for assistance.
Step 3 - Contact CleanCloud Support
Once you've gathered all required details and confirmed OTP generation, send an email to CleanCloud Support with the information below:

ZATCA-Compliant Printers
CleanCloud supports printing the required ZATCA Cryptographic Stamp (UUID) and QR code on receipts. However, you must use a ZATCA-approved printer to comply with regulations.
✅ Supported Printer: Star TSP100
❌ Other printers are not compatible.
Ensure you purchase the correct printer to avoid compliance issues.
