We appreciate that running a business can be hectic at times and can result in accidental mishaps when it comes to running your payroll. Not to worry, at CleanCloud we give you the opportunity to rectify these mistakes through off-cycle payrolls.

An off-cycle payroll is a one-off payment made to your team or an employee outside of your regular pay schedule, and it can happen for a variety of reasons. There is no additional cost incurred when you run an off-cycle payroll with CleanCloud and it will take the usual two days direct deposit speed.

Some of the reasons you might need to run an off-cycle payroll include:

  • You need to pay additional wages that were missed on a regular payroll

  • You need to fix errors from a previous payroll

  • An employee needs to be paid before the next regular pay date

  • An employee is given extra compensation outside of the regular payroll

  • You need to reimburse an employee

  • You need to pay severance that was missed on an employee’s dismissal payroll

To run an off-cycle payroll, just head to Settings > Users > Payroll > Run Off-Cycle Payroll.
