How It Works
Efficiently track your business with automated reports. Here’s how to set it up:
Access the Scheduler: Go to Settings → Metrics → Data Export → Scheduled Report Exports.
Create a Scheduled Report: Click Schedule Report and complete the setup form:
Report Type: Select the desired report from Data Export.
Frequency: Choose Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
For Daily: Specify the time to send and enable "Run for previous day" if needed.
For Weekly: Select the day of the week to send.
For Monthly: Reports run automatically at the end of the month.
Stores: Choose one or more stores, ideal for multi-store businesses.
Recipients: The admin email is the default recipient; you can add others.
Save Your Report: Click Create to activate your automated report.
Managing Scheduled Reports
View all scheduled reports under Scheduled Report Exports.
Options include editing, activating, deactivating, or deleting reports.
