How do I view my transactions with CleanCloud Pay?

A guide on how to view your transactions with CleanCloud Pay

Seeing your transactions is a really important part of monitoring payments for your business.

With CleanCloud Pay you will now be able to view all of these through the comfort of your POS, without having to log into a separate portal.

  • Go to Settings > Search tool > CleanCloud Pay Transactions:

Once you have selected this option you will be able to enter the date range for the transactions you wish to see or you can enter a specific order ID to view that singular transaction on its own.

You will be able to see the customer the transaction belongs to, the amount, description of the payment, the time that payment was taken, whether it was an online payment, if the payment has been refunded and a reference for that payment.
