For all of our Spanish customers who wish to switch over to our CleanCloud Pay solution, please follow these steps to successfully complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Before You Start: Required Documentation

Please ensure you have the following documents ready before beginning the onboarding process:

  • Passport, Driver's License, or Visa number.

  • Recent Bank Statement.

  • Número de Identificación Fiscal (NIF) (Certificate of Incorporation or a document containing the NIF number).

Onboarding Steps

Step

Action

Step 1

Initial Form: Complete the initial form to connect your CleanCloud account to CleanCloud Pay. After accepting the T&Cs and clicking “Submit,” proceed to the KYC form.

Step 2

Setup Window: A CleanCloud Pay setup window will appear. Click “Complete Additional Information.”

Step 3

Enter Business Details: In this setup window, you will be asked to enter your business details including address, business owners (Owner, Controller, Signatory), and bank details.

Step 4

Business Information: Click “Complete details” to fill out your business information. Once finished, click “Next.”

Tip: Do not add prefixes, as the country code is already selected, and avoid spaces.

Step 5

Business Address: In the “Business Address” field, enter your registered business address. Ensure that it matches your store's location. Then click “Save.”

Step 6

Review Business Information: After clicking “Save,” you will be taken to a summary page. Review all details carefully and click “Done” once verified.

Step 7

Decision-Makers: Enter details for the business owner(s), Controller, and Signatory. Click “View Details” to edit or add details.

Important: The Controller, Signatory, and Owner can be the same person.

Step 8

Add Additional Decision-Makers: If there are multiple Owners, Controllers, or Signatories, you can add them by selecting their role from the dropdown and entering their details (name, date of birth, ID number). The Country of Residence should auto-fill, but ensure it’s correct.

Step 9

Enter Address for Decision-Makers: Add the address for each decision-maker (this can be the same as the business address), and then click “Save.” You’ll return to the page from Step 3.

Step 10

Bank Details: Click “Add a bank account” to enter your bank details. Ensure the information matches your bank account exactly, then click “Save.”

Step 11

Upload Bank Statement: Once bank details are added, you will be prompted to upload your recent bank statement. After uploading, click “Done.”

Step 12

PCI DSS Compliance: Read and accept the PCI DSS Compliance terms. After doing so, you will be able to access and download the required documents.

Step 13

Final Verification: After completing the steps above, you will be redirected to the initial page. All fields should now be marked as “Verified.”

Step 14

Complete Setup: Finally, click “Complete” to finish the onboarding process. Your CleanCloud Pay setup is now ready to use.
