For all of our Danish customers who wish to switch to our CleanCloud Pay solution, please refer to the following steps to successfully fill out the KYC (Know Your Customer) form.

Before You Start: Required Documentation

Ensure you have the following documents ready before starting the onboarding process:

  • Passport, Driver's License, or Visa number.

  • Recent Bank Statement.

  • CVR-nummer (8 digits) — This can be found on the Certificate of Incorporation or a document that contains the CVR number.

Onboarding Steps

1. Start the Initial Form: Begin by filling out the initial form ↗️ to connect your CleanCloud account with CleanCloud Pay. Accept the Terms & Conditions, then click Submit to proceed to the KYC form.

2. Open the Setup Window: A CleanCloud Pay setup window will open. Click Complete Additional Information.

3. Enter Business Details: In the setup window, enter your business information, including address, decision-makers (Owner, Controller, Signatory), and bank details.

5. Enter Business Address: Type your registered business address exactly as it appears in your official documents. Click Save.

6. Review Your Information: After saving, you'll see a summary page. Review all the details and click Done once confirmed.

7. Add Decision-Makers: Enter information for the business Owner, Controller, and Signatory. Click View Details to add or edit each one.

ⓘ These roles can be filled by the same individual.

8. Add Additional Decision-Makers (if applicable): If needed, add more Owners, Controllers, or Signatories. Choose their role from the dropdown, then enter their name, date of birth, and ID number. Check the auto-filled country of residence.

9. Enter Addresses for Decision-Makers: Add an address for each decision-maker (can be the same as the business address), then click Save.

10. Add Bank Details: Click Add a bank account and enter your bank information exactly as it appears in your bank records. Click Save.

📹 Video Guide: Watch the video below to learn how to add your banking information and electronically sign the required documents.

11. Upload Your Bank Statement: After saving your bank info, upload a recent bank statement and click Done.

12. Complete PCI DSS Compliance: Read and accept the PCI DSS Compliance terms. This allows you to download the required documents.

13. Final Verification: Once all steps are complete, you’ll return to the starting page. All fields should now be marked as Verified.

14. Complete Your Setup: Click Complete to finish onboarding. CleanCloud Pay is now ready to use! ✅
