CleanCloud Pay Onboarding for Canada

Follow these steps to onboard CleanCloud Pay for Canadian customers, including KYC requirements, business details, and bank setup.

For Canadian customers wishing to switch to CleanCloud Pay, follow these detailed steps to successfully fill out the KYC form and complete your onboarding process.

Before You Start: Required Documentation

Please make sure you have the following documentation ready before beginning:

  • Passport, Driver's License, or Visa Number (and photocopy).

  • Recent Bank Statement.

  • Business Number (BN) – 9 digits long (Certificate of Incorporation or document containing this number).


Onboarding Steps

1. Start the Initial Form: Begin by filling out the initial form ↗️ to connect your CleanCloud account with CleanCloud Pay. Accept the Terms & Conditions, then click Submit to proceed to the KYC form.

2. Open the Setup Window: A CleanCloud Pay setup window will open. Click Complete Additional Information.

3. Enter Business Details: In the setup window, enter your business information, including address, decision-makers (Owner, Controller, Signatory), and bank details.

4. Fill Out Business Information: Click Complete details and enter your business info. When finished, click Next.

🪄 Tip: Don’t add prefixes (like +1) — the country code is already selected. Avoid using spaces in phone numbers.

5. Enter Business Address: Type your registered business address exactly as it appears in your official documents. Click Save.

6. Review Your Information: After saving, you'll see a summary page. Review all the details and click Done once confirmed.

7. Add Decision-Makers: Enter information for the business Owner, Controller, and Signatory. Click View Details to add or edit each one.

ⓘ These roles can be filled by the same individual.

8. Add Additional Decision-Makers (if applicable): If needed, add more Owners, Controllers, or Signatories. Choose their role from the dropdown, then enter their name, date of birth, and ID number. Check the auto-filled country of residence.

9. Enter Addresses for Decision-Makers: Add an address for each decision-maker (can be the same as the business address), then click Save.

10. Add Bank Details: Click Add a bank account and enter your bank information exactly as it appears in your bank records. Click Save.

11. Upload Your Bank Statement: After saving your bank info, upload a recent bank statement and click Done.

12. Complete PCI DSS Compliance: Read and accept the PCI DSS Compliance terms. This allows you to download the required documents.

13. Final Verification: Once all steps are complete, you’ll return to the starting page. All fields should now be marked as Verified.

14. Complete Your Setup: Click Complete to finish onboarding. CleanCloud Pay is now ready to use! ✅

Important Notes

  • Verification: Our system automatically verifies most of the data. However, if automatic verification fails due to incorrect data, additional documents may be required.

  • Special Characters: When entering data, special characters like spaces, dashes (-), slashes (/), and dots (.) are optional.
