Plant mode allows users to track orders as they move from the store, get cleaned at the plant, and are delivered back to the store.

Navigating Plant Mode
Access the Plant page at https://cleancloudapp.com/plant.
The navigation bar at the top provides access to each step of the process.
If multiple stores are activated in your Plant, you'll see all listed on each page. Use the dropdown menu at the top left to view orders from all stores or a specific store.
Updating Order Status
To move an order through the workflow:
Click the Update button for the order.
Assign its new status by clicking the appropriate button in the pop-up box.
Orders can skip steps if needed. To bulk move orders, press the Update All button at the top right of the box. Select specific orders by clicking their IDs and then click 'batch' at the bottom right of the screen.
Notifications and Order Status
Setting an order as Delivered Back to Store sends a notification to the customer that their order is ready and moves the order from Cleaning to Ready in the store's interface.
