SMS Marketing is a powerful tool to connect with customers, offer promotions, share special offers, and request reviews.
Sending Marketing SMS
Navigate to Settings β Marketing.
Select SMS from the left menu.
Create your message and set rules for targeted delivery.
Toggle the Exclude Business Accounts option if needed.
Check Affected Customers to review recipients and last order dates.
When ready, hit Send.
π¬ Your SMS messages will be queued. If sending a large quantity, expect several hours for complete delivery. We recommend scheduling in the morning to avoid late-night customer notifications.
ποΈ Notes:
Permission Settings: Only customers who have given permission to receive marketing messages will be shown. Configure this setting at Settings β Admin β Marketing β Enable Marketing Email & SMS Opt-In.
Enable Marketing Email & SMS Opt-In: This setting is recommended based on customer marketing preferences. If turned off, you may message customers who do not wish to be contacted.
Character Limit: 1 SMS credit equals 160 characters.
SMS Credits: Ensure you have sufficient SMS credits for all messages. Purchase SMS credits at Settings β Admin β Notifications β SMS β SMS Credits β Buy SMS Credits.
