Follow this comprehensive guide to create and manage promo codes effectively.
Creating a Promo Code
Navigate to Settings > Admin > Discounts & Promos and select “Promo Codes”.
Access a dedicated page to manage active, expired, and deleted promo codes. Start creating new codes by clicking on “Add Promo Code”.
When creating a new promo code, choose the Promo Type, selecting either a percentage discount on a single order, a percentage discount on all future orders, or credit.
Set parameters such as the maximum number of uses and expiry date. Decide whether the promo code should be visible in the POS.
Optionally link customers to a specific business account for a targeted approach in the Assign Customer to Business section.
After defining all fields, click “Add Promo Code” and “Submit” to save changes.
Managing Promo Codes
All created codes are conveniently visible on the page for easy monitoring and management. Filter by Active, Expired, and Deleted promo codes for efficient organization.
View Activity: Access the “View Activity” button next to promo codes to see activity history, including code word, promo type, date used, the customer who used it and more.
