LaundryCard and FasCard streamline laundromat operations, handling cash collection and employee management.
Integration Setup
To integrate LaundryCard and FasCard, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > Hardware > Laundry Cards.
Choose the system you're using and click Update.
👉 You will need to contact CCI to obtain your POS number, store number, username, and password.
For LaundryCard
Use your Store number as the Store ID in CleanCloud, which you'll find after logging in to LaundryCard.
For FasCard
The Location ID serves as the Store ID in CleanCloud. To locate the Location ID in your FasCard admin account:
Go to “Setup” and select the “Locations” tab.
Choose the relevant location.
From the URL, locate the number after
"locid="for the Store ID in CleanCloud.

Assigning IDs to Customers
To link a LaundryCard or FasCard ID to a customer:
Edit a customer from the Search or New Order page.
Save the LaundryCard ID or FasCard ID to their account.
Once a customer's ID is saved, a "LaundryCard Available" green box will appear at the bottom right.
Click this box to access real-time information from the customer's Laundry Card Account, including their current balance. You can also edit the information stored about the customer on their card.
Charging LaundryCard or FasCard
You can process payments via LaundryCard or FasCard on the New Order or the Ready page.
