Type in the customer details at the top of the new order screen.

Select Paid by Card (Stripe), Enter the card details and Press Add Card.

Leave the order blank, but specify when the order will be ready.

Press Submit.

Next time you search for that customer you will notice their have Card Stored in the search autocomplete.
