You can record a customer’s gender and birthday when adding or editing their profile in CleanCloud.
Enable Gender and Birthday Fields
Before adding this information, you must activate the fields in your settings:
Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → New Order Page → Optional Customer Fields.
Toggle on the following fields as needed:
Gender
Birthday
Click Submit to save the changes.
Adding or Editing a Customer’s Gender and Birthday
Once the options are enabled, you can add or update this information:
When adding a new customer on the New Order page.
When editing an existing customer via their CRM profile.
This allows you to store additional details that may help personalize customer interactions and marketing campaigns.
