You will be able to specify a customer's gender and birthday when adding or editing customers in CleanCloud.
Activate the option
Go to Settings > Admin > Workflow > New Order Page
Scroll down near the bottom
Enable the options you wish to have on your account ('Ask for Customer Gender' and/or 'Ask for Customer Birthday')
Click Update at the bottom of the page
After activating the option, you will be able to specify this information for customers when adding a customer from the New Order page or when editing a customer from the New Order page or the Search page.
