Customize the appearance of product buttons on the New Order page by uploading and assigning custom icons to specific products. Follow the steps below to enhance the visual organization of your product selection.
How to Add a Custom Icon
Go to Settings → Products.
Click the Add Custom Product Icons tab.
Click Upload Icons to begin.
On the upload page:
Enter a name for the icon (for internal reference).
Select an image file to upload.
Adjust display settings and preview the icon in the top-right corner.
Click Add Icon to complete the upload.
✅ A green popup will confirm: "Icon has been uploaded. You will now be able to select your icon from the Products page."
How to Assign an Icon to a Product
After uploading your custom icon, you can assign it to a product from the Products tab.
For Existing Products
Go to Settings → Products.
Locate the product and click the pencil icon to edit.
Under Button Image, search for the icon using the reference name you entered during upload.
Select the icon from the Custom Icons list.
Click Update to save the changes.
For New Products
Go to Settings → Products.
Click Add Product.
Fill in the product details as usual.
Under Button Image, search and select the uploaded icon by its reference name from the Custom Icons list.
Click Add Product to save.
✅ Once assigned, the custom icon will appear on the New Order page and online (if customers are allowed to select products when booking through the app or web).
Important Notes
✔️ You cannot delete a custom icon after uploading it, but you can change the icon assigned to any product at any time.
✔️ Custom icons make the product selection process more intuitive and can help reduce errors during order entry.
