How to Add Quick Notes
Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → New Order Page.
Scroll down to Notes Presets and click on Add Note.
In the pop-up window, type the note you'd like to add.
Click Add Note and then press Submit.
Using Quick Notes
When managing an order on the New Order Page, click the Notes section. The system will display all available preset notes for quick selection. Simply select the desired note, and it will automatically attach to the order.
