If you use colored tags to organize items from different sections of your business (e.g., dry cleaning), the lot-based system on the Detailing Page helps you assign specific colored tags to each section.
How to Set Up the Lot Based System
1. Enable the Lots Based System
Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → Detailing Page and enable the Use Lots Based System option.
2. Adding Lots
In the same section, scroll to the Lots area and click Add Lot.
Name the lot, specify the maximum pieces/tags, select the paper colour, and assign the lot to the relevant business section(s).
Press Submit to save.
3. Assign Orders to a Lot
Once your lots are set up, you can start assigning orders to the appropriate lot for easier management and organization.
