Changing Email Appearance
To adjust the appearance of your email notifications:
Go to Settings > Admin > Store Settings > Appearance.
Here, you can specify the colours for your emails, upload your logo, and include any personalized text you want to appear in all email notifications (e.g., your Tax ID).
Modifying Email/SMS Notification Content
We offer a customization service for an additional fee. Please reach out to our support team with your proposed changes.

Sending Email Notifications Using Your Domain
CleanCloud can send email notifications using your domain.
For instance, if you own “mydrycleaner.com”, we can send email notifications from an address like “[email protected]”.

🚨 Important: Be aware that once your domain is linked, email responses will no longer come through CleanCloud and must be managed via your email inbox.
Here's how to proceed:
Request us to send an email for your domain.
We will provide you with CNAME values that you need to add to your domain record to grant us permission to send emails on behalf of your domain.
Log in to the platform where you purchased your domain (e.g., Google Domains or GoDaddy), and add the provided CNAME values to your domain.
Once completed, we will verify that we have permission to send emails on behalf of your domain.
