How to Submit Feature Requests

If you require any specific features or functions currently unavailable on CleanCloud you can submit a Feature Request directly to our product development team via the link below:


In order to log your feature request

1- Make sure to be logged in on the POS system to access this tool. Click on the ⓘ icon in the top right corner of your main screen and then select 'Feature Request':

2- Once on the board click on 'New Feature Request':

3- On the new tab add a title and detail the description field with as much information as possible. You can also attach images to your request. After adding all of the required information please 'Submit' your request:

4- The request is now submitted. Our product development team will evaluate the request and will email you with the progress of your request.


You can keep an eye on the status of your feature to see if it becomes something that we might build in the future:

We also have improved our method of adding new feature requests - allowing all our customers to vote to help prioritise what we work on next. So while you’re in there, feel free to vote on any others that you may be interested in:
