Accessing the Weight Processed Data
To view the weight processed per hour by each staff member, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings → Metrics → Weight Processed.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Key Metrics Displayed
At the bottom of the page, you’ll find the following details:
Employee Name | Name of the staff member. |
Total lbs | Total weight of laundry processed. |
Total Hours | Total hours worked. |
Average lbs/hour | Average weight processed per hour. |

Q: What does “weight processed” mean in metrics?
A: Weight processed measures how much laundry (by weight) a staff member has cleaned. This is particularly useful for Wash & Fold operations.
The weight of an order is attributed to the staff member who marks the order as Cleaned. If you plan to rely on this metric, remind staff that they can mark an order as Paid without marking it as Cleaned – only marking it as Cleaned updates the metric.
