Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the Revenue page and the Overview page?
Revenue Page
Location: Settings → Metrics → Revenue
Includes invoices, pre-payments, and all sales
Reflects all money received, excluding outstanding balances
Shows a broader, more inclusive financial picture
Overview Page (Revenue Breakdown)
Location: Settings → Metrics → Overview → Revenue breakdown
Shows only completed and fully paid orders
Does not include invoices or any unpaid amounts
Focuses strictly on realized revenue (cash, card, etc.)
📌 Why numbers may not match:
The Overview page is more restrictive, it only counts fully paid transactions. The Revenue page includes additional revenue sources like invoices and pre-payments.
Both pages allow you to adjust the date range from the top right corner.
