How to Get Started with Amazon Pay
To onboard with Amazon Pay, you have two options:
Get Assistance from CleanCloud: Contact our support team, and we can introduce you to an Amazon Pay representative to help with your onboarding process.
Self-Onboarding via Amazon: Follow the link below, click the "Join us" button, and complete the registration process directly with Amazon Pay.
How to Set Up Amazon Pay in CleanCloud
Before integrating Amazon Pay with CleanCloud, ensure you have an active Amazon Pay merchant account and have completed the onboarding process with Amazon.
Step 1: Retrieve Your Amazon Pay Credentials
Log in to your Amazon Payments account:
π Amazon Pay Merchant LoginNavigate to Menu β Merchant Management β Security Settings.
Locate and copy the following details:
Merchant Identifier
Access Code
SHA Request Phrase
If these fields are empty, complete the onboarding process with Amazon Pay before proceeding.
Step 2: Enter Credentials in CleanCloud
Log in to your CleanCloud account.
Go to Settings β Admin β Payments & Finance β Payments.
Scroll down to the Amazon Payments section.
Enter the details you copied from your Amazon Pay account:
Click Submit to finalize the integration.
How Amazon Pay Works in CleanCloud
Once Amazon Pay is set up, customers and store staff can seamlessly process payments using saved Amazon Pay cards.
For Customers
Customers can save and use their Amazon Pay-linked credit or debit cards via:
The web booking tool.
The CleanCloud mobile apps (iOS & Android).
β Customers can pay for their unpaid Ready orders using Amazon Pay directly in the web booking tool or customer app.
β Orders paid via Amazon Pay online are automatically marked as Paid in CleanCloud.
For Store Staff
β Store staff can manually charge an order by selecting "Saved Card (Amazon)" from the Payment button on the Ready Page.
β This will automatically process the payment and update the order status to Paid.
Automated Payments with Amazon Pay
To further streamline transactions, you can enable automatic payments so that orders are charged automatically when marked as cleaned.
How to Enable Auto Payments
Go to Settings β Admin β Payments & Finance β Payments.
Enable "Auto Charge Saved Card When Order Cleaned".
Select when payments should be collected (e.g., only when pickup and delivery orders are marked as cleaned).
Click Submit to save the settings.
