What Information Is Required To Set Up Payroll?

Everything you will need to have to hand before you can start running payroll.

We make starting a payroll account so easy at CleanCloud that we even offer to complete 75% of the sign-up on your behalf by filling out this form which should take less than 10 minutes > Gusto Sign Up Form.

If you would prefer to complete the signup process on your own please be sure to have the following information to hand:

Company Information

  • Legal Entity Name

  • Mailing & Filing Address

  • Company Industry

  • Pay Frequency

  • First Pay Date

  • Pay Period


Business (Tax) Information

  • FEIN Number

  • Tax Payer Type (LLC, S-Corp...)

  • Federal Filing Form (941 or 944)

  • Bank Account Number

  • Routing Number

  • State Tax Information*

*Most States will require some, or all of the following data:

  • Withholding Account ID

  • Withholding Deposit Schedule

  • Unemployment Account ID

  • Unemployment Rate

  • Local Tax ID


Employee Information

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Hire Date

  • Hourly Wage/Salary
