Accessing your onboarding checklist
To start your onboarding journey:
Log in to your CleanCloud account.
Click the ⓘ icon in the top-right corner of your Dashboard and select Help.
In Messenger, open the Tasks menu.
Begin the product tours that cover core settings and best practices.
You can pause and resume anytime.
Tours are always available for later reference.

Before your onboarding call, please prepare:
A .csv or .xls file of your customer database
A .csv or Excel file with your standard pricing structure
Your company logo (any common image format)
