Everything you need to know about CleanCloud’s onboarding program, including setup, training, and resources for new customers.

Overview

CleanCloud’s Onboarding Packages are designed for new customers and are offered as a paid add-on. Onboarding ensures:

  • Correct account setup and configuration

  • Import of your customer and product/pricing data

  • Dedicated 1-1 training with an onboarding specialist

  • A smooth and confident transition to CleanCloud, the world’s leading laundry POS

In addition to your personal onboarding sessions, you’ll also have access to three key resources:

Accessing your onboarding checklist

To start your onboarding journey:

  1. Log in to your CleanCloud account.

  2. Click the ⓘ icon in the top-right corner of your Dashboard and select Help.

  3. In Messenger, open the Tasks menu.

  4. Begin the product tours that cover core settings and best practices.

    • You can pause and resume anytime.

    • Tours are always available for later reference.

Preparing for your onboarding session

Before your onboarding call, please prepare:

  • A .csv or .xls file of your customer database

  • A .csv or Excel file with your standard pricing structure

  • Your company logo (any common image format)

FAQs

Is onboarding included in my subscription?

No. Onboarding is a separate, paid add-on to your CleanCloud subscription.

Is onboarding required?

Onboarding is strongly recommended for new customers to guarantee correct setup and a smooth transition. In some cases (e.g., Pickup & Delivery setups), onboarding may be required.

Can I purchase onboarding later?

Yes. If you skip onboarding at the start, you can add it later. However, we recommend completing onboarding before going live to avoid delays or errors.

Is onboarding a one-time or ongoing fee?

Onboarding is a one-time fee. Additional sessions can be purchased separately if you’d like more training or need to onboard new staff later.

What does the onboarding fee cover?

The onboarding fee includes:

  • 1-1 account configuration with a CleanCloud specialist

  • Import of your customer and product/pricing data

  • Dedicated training for you and your team

  • Setup checks to confirm everything works before going live

Can I schedule a second onboarding session?

Yes. If you’d like another onboarding session, email [email protected]. Your onboarding manager will follow up with a scheduling link.

This additional session is a great opportunity to:

  • Ask any remaining questions

  • Finalize any outstanding configuration settings

  • Receive tailored assistance to ensure your account is fully optimized

How long does it take to learn CleanCloud?

Most users feel comfortable within a few days. With onboarding support, tutorials, and CleanCloud University, you’ll be fully confident by the end of your onboarding package.

Do you train my team too?

Yes. Training calls can include your team depending on size and needs. We also provide free ongoing access to CleanCloud University and the Help Center for continuous learning.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Apart from your subscription plan and the one-time onboarding fee, there are no mandatory hidden costs. Optional add-ons (e.g., branded apps, advanced modules) are available at additional cost.
