Ensuring that your order timestamps accurately reflect your business timezone is vital. Follow these steps for accurate configuration—it's a one-time setup.
To Adjust Your Store Timezone
Log in with your Admin account.
Navigate to Settings > Admin > Store Settings > Store Info > Timezone.
Choose your city's timezone (e.g., America/New_York, Europe/London, Australia/Sydney or Asia/Dubai) from the continent-ordered list.
Select your Timezone from the drop-down menu and click 'Submit'.
⏰ Pro Tip: There is no longer any need to change for daylight savings, and your historical data will be corrected.
Timezone for Calendar Alert
For Pickup and Delivery businesses, set your timezone preferences on Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery> Notifications > Timezone for Calendar Alert.
