🚀 Submit and track your requests at cleancloudapp.com/requests.
If you need specific features or functions not currently available on CleanCloud, you can submit a Feature Request directly to our product development team.
Follow these steps:
Log Your Feature Request
Ensure you're logged into your CleanCloud account.
Click on the ⓘ icon in the top right corner of your main screen.
Select Feature Request.
On the new page, click on the New Feature Request button in the top right corner.
In the new tab, add a title and provide a detailed description. Attach images if necessary.
Click Submit after adding all required information.
Track Your Request
Once submitted, our product development team will evaluate your request.
You will receive email updates on the progress of your request.
Monitor the status of your feature request to see if it will be implemented.
Voting and Commenting
We prioritise new feature requests based on customer votes.
Feel free to vote on features that interest you.
You can also contribute to existing requests by adding comments.
