Automated Flows are a fantastic way to set up automated campaigns that can follow if/else statements. For the first time ever in CleanCloud, you can now create custom sequences of email actions and conditions. A truly automated way to market and use untapped potential.
How Does it Work?
Creating an automated flow is simple, all thats required is some creativity, and a goal. Let’s use a scenario to illustrate: A customer registers online. This triggers a starting event and prompts a welcome email to be sent automatically. Two days later, if they haven’t placed an order, they receive a 50% off coupon to encourage their first purchase. However, If they have placed an order after signup, they’re thanked with a 15% coupon as a token of appreciation.
This is fully customizable, allowing you to choose various conditions and splits to design paths for customers to follow. You can create a marketing plan that spans several months if desired. This example illustrates the flexibility and usefulness of an automated flow.
What Can I Measure?
In the Automated Flows tab of the Marketing section, you’ll be able to view the name of the Flow, it's Starting Event (Trigger Point), and it's Active Status, the number of Customers in the Flow, and the number of Customers who have completed the Flow. These features adhere to the same excellent conditions as our other marketing features.
