Address Restrictions Due to NYC Regulations

If you're based in New York City, specific address restrictions might hinder orders within designated routes. When affected, you will encounter an error message stating “Selected address is not within service area”.

Due to new laws in New York City, DoorDash will no longer offer any deliveries in New York City that would require crossing over bridges, boroughs and tunnels.

This may cause an error message for you and your customers when attempting to create an order that is not compliant with this regulation.
