Resend items to conveyor

The send to conveyor option allows you to manually resend a particular garment or set of garments to the QuickSort or MetalProgetti conveyor if they were not successfully received by the conveyor.

You should see a "Send to Conveyor" button on the Cleaning page in Plant mode or a "Conveyor" button on the store POS Cleaning page depending on where your conveyor is setup.

Note - these options will only be visible on the computer that is connected to your conveyor, this should be the computer that is usually used for conveyor assembly operation.

Clicking on one of these options will show a "Conveyor Status" popup window with all items that are currently on the Cleaning page.

You can select which items need to be sent to the conveyor by clicking the box under the "Resend" column. Once the items are selected click the "Resend" button.

The check mark under "Sent to Conveyor" shows which items CleanCloud thinks have already been sent to the conveyor.

You should then see a message confirming that the items were successfully sent to the conveyor, you should give the conveyor a few minutes to receive the information before you attempt to start scanning items.

Note - this option should only need to be used very rarely as the connection between CleanCloud and the conveyor should be very reliable. If you are having to use this resend to conveyor feature often then please contact CleanCloud support so that we can check your configuration.
