The Send to Conveyor option allows you to manually resend garments to the QuickSort or MetalProgetti conveyor if they were not successfully received.
You will see a "Send to Conveyor" button on the Cleaning page in Plant mode, or a "Conveyor" button on the store POS Cleaning page, depending on where your conveyor is set up.
📌 Note: These options will only be visible on the computer connected to your conveyor, which is typically the computer used for conveyor assembly operations.
How to Use the Send to Conveyor Option
Click on the Send to Conveyor or Conveyor button.
A "Conveyor Status" pop-up window will appear, displaying all items currently on the Cleaning page.
Select the items that need to be sent to the conveyor by checking the box under the "Resend" column.
After selecting the items, click the "Resend" button.
The check mark under "Sent to Conveyor" indicates which items CleanCloud believes have already been sent.
Once the items are successfully resent, you will receive a confirmation message. Give the conveyor a few minutes to process the information before attempting to start scanning items.
📌 Note: This option should rarely be needed, as the connection between CleanCloud and the conveyor is typically very reliable. If you find yourself using the Resend to Conveyor feature often, please contact CleanCloud support to check your configuration.
